Cardily develops original, educationally framed cardiovascular research: secondary data analysis, literature synthesis, and public methods literacy. Findings are published for learning, not as clinical recommendations.

Three standing priorities guide what we study and how we communicate results.
Map how blood pressure, lipids, adiposity, nicotine exposure, sleep, and activity appear in adolescent and young-adult populations, with attention to measurement quality and what public datasets can (and cannot) support.
Evaluate whether Cardily curricula and workshop formats improve knowledge, risk communication skills, and help-seeking literacy, without overclaiming behavior change.
Produce citable briefs on absolute versus relative risk, denominators, age adjustment, and how to read cardiology papers, so students and the public can audit headlines themselves.
Active workstreams with published timelines. Dates are planning anchors subject to data access and review.
Flagship study examining prevalence patterns, trend signals, and determinants of cardiovascular risk in younger populations. Emphasis on transparent methods notes and educational publication on cardily.org.
Paired with the school-based heart health workshop project: pre/post knowledge measures, facilitator fidelity notes, and qualitative debriefs. Designed to improve curriculum, not to diagnose participants.
Quarterly audit of flagship Insights against current major-society and public-health source pages, documenting wording changes and uncertainty updates in an editorial log.
Short briefs teaching chart reading, risk communication, and common epidemiologic pitfalls, with reproducible figure notes suitable for classrooms and student research clubs.
How Cardily keeps research educationally honest.
We do not invent precise statistics, overstate causality from observational patterns, or present educational findings as personalized medical advice. Absolute risk and denominators are preferred whenever numbers are discussed.
Students, researchers, and clinicians can contribute to literature reviews, data briefs, and methods teaching. Structured fellowship applications open November 2026.
